We have recently updated our billing system for a more streamlined payment and purchasing experience.
If you have an existing PayPal subscription you may be required to re-authorize payments to Format in order to use the updated system.
Don't worry, it's a simple as logging into PayPal from inside your Format account, confirming your Payment Information and authorizing the update. You will not be charged during the update and your billing schedule will not change.
If you see a "PayPal Subscription Confirmation Required" pop up message when logging into your Format account, you can confirm your Payment Information using the steps below:

Click on the 'Update' button
2. Login to your PayPal account in the window that appears.
3. Select the account you would like to use for your PayPal payments:
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions using the 'Agree and Continue' button
5. You should now see a confirmation screen back in your Format account.
At done! You have authorized your PayPal account and any future payments will be made using the updated billing system.
NOTE: As part of the upgrade process, we will deactivate the previous PayPal subscription that used the older billing system. You may receive an email notification from PayPal about the cancellation of the older subscription. We will continue to collect payments using the new billing system automatically though, so there is no need to take any further action on the email.
