Continues from Creating a Contract

A good resource and starting point for your Contract can be found at SLR Lounge.

Always check with your legal advisor if unsure. We are unable to provide legal advice.

Adding the Contract Body Copy

  1. Copy and paste richly formatted text directly into the Contract editor area

  2. Contract Details can be added or updated here

  3. Scroll down to see more of the Contract as well as the text editing panel (shown in screenshot below)

  4. Your changes will auto-save as you edit

  5. Preview the Contract

Text editing tools

  1. Select the text that you want to apply styling to

  2. Scroll to bottom of editing panel for tools to appear. Apply H1, H2, H3 headings, Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, Numbered Lists or Bulletpoint-Lists

You cannot undo changes or revert to a previous version of the contract once you navigate away from this page.

Making duplicates is an easy way to keep multiple versions of a contract.

Preview Contract

  1. Identifies Preview of Contract and your Site Name/Details

  2. Contract assigned to Client

  3. Sender (your) Name

  4. Recipients Details

  5. Message to scroll and sign the contract (as would appear on final contract)

  6. Status of Contract (Contract pending signature)

  7. Scroll down to see all the Contract

  8. Close and return
