Watermark Editor

Create a Watermark for your Client Gallery images to discourage unauthorized copying and sharing.

This setting will affect Watermarks across ALL your Client Galleries but you don't have to APPLY to every project.

Access the Watermark Editor

  1. From the left sidebar navigate to Workflow, click 'Client Galleries'

  2. Click 'Settings'

  3. Click 'Modify Watermark'


Watermark Editor – Text

  1. Select the 'Text' panel in the Watermark Editor

  2. Changes are visible over the default Preview image

  3. Text: include copyright and your business name.
    Font: select, style options include Bold Underline or Italic.
    Color: default is White (#ffffff). You can use the color picker to change or use a HEX# number.
    Scale: drag the slider to reduce or enlarge.
    Opacity: change how visible the watermark will be. The lower the number, the less obvious the watermark OVER the image. The higher the number, the more obvious it will become.
    Position: there are nine different positions you can select from. Tap the cell within the grid to change position

  4. Set options available then 'Save & Close'


Watermark Editor – Image

If you have a logo, or image to use as your watermark you can add here.

  1. Select the 'Image' panel in the Watermark Editor

  2. Any changes are visible over the Preview image

  3. Upload an image-based watermark: Use a .PNG at least 100px square with a transparent background for best results

  4. Your logo (image) will be visible above the 'Scale' slider.

  5. Scale: use the slider to decrease or increase the size of the watermark over the image.
    Opacity: change how visible the watermark will be. The lower the number, the less obvious the watermark OVER the image. The higher the number, the more obvious it will become.
    Position: There are nine different positions you can select from. Click the cell within the grid to change position

  6. Set options available then 'Save & Close'.

You can return at any time and make further changes to the Watermark settings but once updated, these will affect all Client Galleries.
