A Contact Page with a pre-built Contact Message Form allows prospective clients to get in touch with you easily.

Create a Custom Page
  1. From your Dashboard, expand the left Sidebar and tap 'Pages'
  2. Tap 'Create Page'
  3. Select 'Custom Page'.
  4. Enter the Custom Page Name and tap 'Add Custom Page'

Choose a Contact Template
  1. Tap 'Contact'
  2. Choose one of the available templates.

  1. Any text can be edited
  2. Images can be replaced with your own by tapping and using the mini-toolbar (shown above 1)
  3. 'Add Section' for more text or images
  4. Save Changes

Add to Site Menu
  1. After page has 'Saved' the first time the page visibility will change
  2. Visibility will show as 'Online'
  3. Tap 'Add to Site Menu'

Set Email Send/Reply address and Name
  1. From your Dashboard, expand the left Sidebar and tap ‘Settings' icon, lower-left.
  2. Tap 'Site'
  3. Set 'Site Contact Email' if different than Format Account login is required
  4. Add 'Sender Name'

Save Changes

Preview Live Site
  1. Preview your live site and the Contact page you have set.
  2. Test sending yourself a Contact Form message.
Check that the message hasn't been sent to a 'Junk', 'Spam' or 'Trash' folder if you don't see the message within an hour of sending.
