Adding Link Sets

Link Sets are clickable thumbnails that link to other pages, websites or even to open an email application to send a message.

What can I link to?

Link Sets allow you to link to the following types of pages within your Format portfolio site:

  • Gallery Pages

  • Custom Pages (e.g. About or Contact)

  • Store Pages (Product Listing or Individual Product Pages)

  • Blog Posts

  • Client Galleries

You can also link to an external website or add an email address that, when clicked, will launch the viewers email application (if configured).

Create a Custom Page

Or, you can add to an existing Custom Page

  1. From your Dashboard tap 'Pages'.

  2. Click 'Create +'

  3. Click 'Custom Page'

Give your page a Title and Save.

  1. Page Title (click to edit)

  2. Start from Scratch click 'Add Section' or

  3. Click 'Select a Template'


Add Images Section

  1. Click 'Images'

  2. Scroll down to

  3. Link Sets

  4. Select thumbnail for the template to start. You can change the design appearance once you have selected without having to re-add any content

  1. Click 'Add Link' to start adding images

  2. Display can be changed at any time between Grid, Square, Landscape or Masonry

  3. Always 'Save Changes'

Display as Landscape

For the image thumbnails to display un-cropped save the images with a ratio of 3:2


Add Image, Title and Link To

  1. Click 'Add Image'

  2. Add a Title (optional)

  3. Link To (another page in your site, an external website or email address)

Hover the link thumbnail to see extra options

  1. Edit Image Description

  2. Change image

  3. Delete

  4. Link to page within site

  5. URL link to an external page


View Live Site

View how your Link Set looks and change Display options to suit.

The text links are styled in the Design Editor > Links panel.

Link Sets are an option within Custom Pages.
