Create new pages (instead of starting with Example Pages)

Remove all the Example Pages on your new site and start with a blank page.

Create new pages instead

1. Clicking 'Create new pages instead' will remove all Example Pages and allow you to start with a blank page

2. Clicking 'Start with Example Pages' is recommended if you have never used Format before and this allows you to use our Example Pages as a guide to edit and add your own content (text and images). See our guide here

You can choose whether to start with a Gallery Page (and start adding your images first) or a Custom Page (for your About, Contact, Title Page, etc.)

1. Create a Gallery Page (for more information on Gallery Pages, see these guides)

2. Create a Custom Page (for more information on Custom Pages, see these guides)

3. Select from all available options to create

4. Site menu shows that there are no pages in your site at this time

1. Give the new Gallery Page a name

2. Click 'Add Gallery'

Create a Custom Page

1. Give the new Custom Page a name

2. Click 'Add Custom Page'

Custom Page starting options

1. Your page's title (click to edit)

2. You can start from scratch by clicking 'Add Section' or

3. 'Select a Template'

4. Click 'Back to Pages' when finished editing
