Contact Form Send Message
Using one of our Contact Form templates on your site will allow your prospective clients/customers to send you a message which will appear in your Workflow Inbox (as well as in your email application).
The Workflow Inbox makes it easy to view and manage messages and Contacts.

New Messages in Inbox
When a new message has been received, and has not been seen or read yet, a red dot will appear next to the Workflow link in your left sidebar:

Click Inbox red dot indicates new messages waiting to be read

Click Messages to view

Viewing in Gmail
The Contact Form message will be sent to your email address and you can read it in your email application. For those using Gmail or Google Workspace services, you can go directly to the message using the link shown in (9) in the previous section above.
You need to use an email application to reply to the Contact Form message, it cannot be replied to from within the Workflow Inbox
Unable to find emails?
If you do not see the message in your email application, please check that it hasn't gone into a Junk or Spam folder. You can also search your inbox for our sending email address of no-reply@portfoliomail.com
