Using the Format Blog feature is an effective way to share additional content to engage your audience and promote your work.
What is the Format Blog?
As part of your Portfolio subscription, you will have access to our Blog feature, which allows you to create and maintain an archive of smaller projects, behind-the-scenes work, or general blogging content.
In Blog posts, you can add and format text and images. On your Blog's landing page, visitors can view previews of all posts and click post titles to view the full content. Blog posts can also be tagged to create post collections to improve navigation on your site.
When to use a blog
Blogs are powerful tools to keep your audience up-to-date on your work. Whether that means sharing behind-the-scenes content, archiving old projects, or providing additional context to your body of work, utilizing a blog can keep visitors to your site engaged and drive potential sales.
If you're a wedding photographer, a blog is a great way to record the stories of the couples you photograph, or provide insight into current wedding trends. Our Daylight demo site is a great example of this:
