Choose your offer link or upgrade through Settings > Subscription. Customize your plan, enter payment details and the discount code, verify the discounted total, then select Submit Payment. Contact Format support if needed.
Select your plan
Use the link for your specific offer to choose a plan (for Cyber November, that's format.com/cyber2026 for a new plan or format.com/cyber-upgrade-2026 for an upgrade). If you're an existing Member upgrading your plan, you can also start from your account under Settings > Subscription.
Customize your plan
Choose any optional add-ons, like a Custom Domain, then select Continue to Checkout.
Enter your payment details and discount code
On the payment step, enter your payment details and your discount code in the discount code field. Your updated total appears in the Plan Summary.
Please Note: If your code doesn't apply, double check it was entered exactly as given and that your plan and billing cycle qualify for it. If it still doesn't work, reach out to our team before completing your purchase.
Submit payment
Once your total reflects the discount, select Submit Payment to complete your purchase.
