Pro members can upload a total of 15 minutes of video.
Pro Plus members can upload a total of 120 minutes of video.

The video file will be processed for optimal playback on your site after upload.

Apple ProRes codec compatibility
If your video is exported with any Apple ProRes codecs these videos may not play successfully across all web browser or devices, especially for older browsers so please export with H.264 or HEVC (H.265) codecs prior to uploading.
If the video you have attempted to upload is not accepted, please convert to .mp4 or .mov with a different compression level (QuickTime Player can export and convert to .H264 files).

Video files up to 2GB in size can be uploaded.

If your video is not in a .mov
or .mp4
file format you could use a tool like the Apple QuickTime Player (or other video conversion tool) to Export the clip as a .mov
file and try uploading.

In QuickTime Player go to the File Menu

Select 'Export As'

Select the video resolution to export as

Ensure filename extension includes
.mov
(when exporting from QuickTime Player) and do not include any unusual symbols or characters in the filename (only usea-z, A-Z, 0-9
and_
characters) -
If you have the option, select 'Greater Compatibility (H.264)'

Click 'Save' and try re-uploading

Every hosted video has individual design options that can be styled, these include:

Player Base Color, Player Text and Icon Color, Player Accent Color, Player Text Font, Fit Portrait Videos to Screen, Auto-Play, Mute Video and Loop Video
