Create a link for an email address from any text content on your site.
Select text
Select the text that you want to add an email link to
A formatting menu will appear above, click the 'Link' button (far right)
Create a Link
Within the 'Create a Link' pop-up, select 'Mailto'
Add the email address correctly
Click 'Create' or 'Cancel' to exit
Check and Save Changes
The email link should appear on the live site

You can change how this appears (color, underline) from the Design > Typography > Advanced > Text Links > View All pane:
