You can create Store Collections to organize your products and help buyers find what they're looking for.
Accessing the Store Collections tab
Navigate to your Store dashboard from the Selling > Store tab from the left sidebar:
- Collections: You can create and manage Store Collections from this tab
Creating and managing Store Collections
Once you have navigated to the Collections tab within your Store, you will have the option to create new Collections, or manage existing Collections. First, we'll walk through creating a new Collection:
- Add Collection: Create a new Store Collection
- Collection Title: You can give a title to your Collection
- Search Products: If you have many products, you can search for specific products in your store
- Product List: A list of products meeting your current search criteria are displayed here, and you can select as many products as you would like to be included in your new Collection
- Clear Selection: Clear all currently selected products
- Cancel: Cancel the creation of this Collection
- Add Collection: Once you have selected the products you want to add to your Collection, click this to finalize the creation of the Collection
Please Note: Unlisted products cannot be added to a Store Collection. Only products that are listed as Available, Coming Soon, or Sold Out can be displayed in a Store Collection.
You'll now see your new Collection listed within the Collections tab. You can edit this Collection at any time, from the ellipsis symbol on the right-hand side:
- New Collection: Your new Collections will display in list format, with the title and product count displayed
- More Options: Clicking on the ellipsis symbol will present you with options to manage the selected Collection
- Edit Collection: This will bring up the same product selection screen as in the previous screenshot in this article
- Delete: You can delete a Collection. This is permanent, and you would need to recreate the Collection from scratch if you wanted to use it again.
Adding Store Products to Collections from the Store dashboard
Products can also be added to Collections from the product list on your Store's dashboard:
- Products: Navigate to the Products tab. This is the default view when navigating to your Store
- More Options: Clicking on the ellipsis symbol next to a store product will give you the option to manage that product, including its Collection placements
- Manage Collection: Click here to add your product to a new Collection, or change its current Collection
View live site
On your live site, Store Collections will appear above your product listings. By default, the "All" Collection will display when a visitor enters your Store. They can then choose between any custom Collections you have created:
- All: This Collection is created automatically, and is the default Collection that visitors will see when entering your Store
- Other Collections: Any Collections you have created will appear to the left of the "All" Collection. Clicking on these will filter your Store's product list to only display products in that Collection
