Troubleshooting common issues
Occasionally, the creation of your PayPal Business account may hit a snag, and you may see an error when attempting to checkout from your Format Store that reads "One or more items in your cart have been updated, please refresh your browser."
This is not an error with Format, but likely an issue with your PayPal Business account. If you see this error, you will need to reach out to PayPal's support to ensure that your new Business account is fully verified, and that there are no restrictions placed against your account for accepting payments.
